We are pleased to present to you Digital Risk’s October Leadership Development Academy graduates! Spanning from all parts of the company, these leaders came together to share their leadership experiences and learn from Digital Risk’s master trainers.
The October graduating classes, which included D-Riskers hailing from Instructional Design, Quality Control, Processing, Accounting, Appraisal and more, completed the academy’s course and learned key leadership and communication skills along the way.
“The Leadership Development Academy is a wonderful example of a top-notch facilitated, collaborative learning environment, and it helped my classmates develop skills and perspectives that are valuable in and out of the workplace,” said Instructional Designer Matt Coxe. “It also serves as an outstanding opportunity to forge relationships with teammates throughout the organization.”
The Academy is a hands-on, experiential training program that empowers Digital Risk leaders to ensure that their team members are engaged, leading to increased performance, greater accountability and increased levels of job satisfaction. It is our goal to lead with integrity, provide our people with truth and transparency, foster growth and learning and make the journey fun. Due to the efforts of Leadership Development Academy Trainers and Talent Management Group, we make that goal a reality one leader at a time.
