how-we-interview

At Digital Risk we seek those who will thrive in the role, in the company culture and who want to succeed at everything they do.

As a rapidly growing company, things move fast at Digital Risk. Therefore, we need individuals who are not only talented in their field, but also flexible and comfortable with change.

Our hiring process is straightforward. Once you are contacted by a recruiter, you will perform a phone interview and may be asked to complete several assessments, depending on the role. Following the phone interview and assessments, you will complete an onsite interview at a Digital Risk office. At this point, the team will determine whether you are a good fit for the role and for the company. When an offer of employment is extended to you, we will perform a background check and require you to complete a drug test before your start date.

What We Look For

Digital Risk prides itself on employing top-notch professionals who are intelligent, talented achievers. The interview enables us to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience and personal qualities to determine whether they will be successful at our company, including:

We may ask you certain behavioral questions to better understand your problem-solving skills, creativity, willingness to learn and approach to teamwork. Every person is different; we are simply trying to get to know you.

 Industry Knowledge

Digital Risk seeks to hire a wide variety of candidates; those who have an extensive history in the mortgage industry and those who we can build from the ground up. We seek professionals with diverse abilities and passions, not just isolated skill sets. That said, we also seek individuals who are interested in long-term growth within the mortgage industry.

Collaborative Approach

Our business needs and processes require employees to work together to accomplish common goals. D-Riskers frequently collaborate and as such we need people who are willing to not only impart knowledge on others, but also learn and grow from their colleagues.
