Digital Risk implemented our Ambassador Program to provide all new team members with an avenue of support, encouragement and empowerment to express their voice. Ambassadors welcome new employees to the company even before they walk through our doors on their first day. Our Ambassadors then maintain weekly contact with new D-Riskers throughout their first 90 days to check in on their assimilation, questions, concerns and overall satisfaction.

- Ongoing Appreciation: When a D-Risker sees excellence demonstrated by their leaders or fellow co-workers in a specific situation, they can recognize it formally and immediately
- Monthly Summit Awards and Quarterly Apex Awards: Top Performers are nominated, evaluated and recognized by executive leadership on a monthly and quarterly basis

Because our team members are our most valuable asset, we established the P4 (Preparing Protégés through Professional Partnerships) Mentor program to help D-Riskers in their professional and personal development. Several high-potential Mentees are selected from around the company and paired with Mentors to participate in this 6-month leadership development program, which includes mentoring, classroom instruction, a community service project and a leadership book report.
