Join us in congratulating our July Leadership Development Academy graduates! This is a true joy for Digital Risk, as our July graduates represent many parts of the company, including Talent Acquisition, Forensic Underwriting, Legal, Appraisal and Origination Closing.
This graduating class is a perfect example of the benefits extolled by the academy, which brings leaders from all parts of Digital Risk together to participate in trainings focusing on winning attitudes, our Seven Guiding Principles, leadership competencies and behavioral aspects, coaching, effective communication and time management. Much of the benefit in completing this program derives from knowledge sharing among various lines of business leaders. As a multifaceted service provider, each of our operational units has developed its own unique set of best practices. The academy affords leaders a forum to exchange these best practices and share insights about their perspective departments.

The Leadership Development Academy is a hands-on, experiential training program that empowers Digital Risk leaders to ensure that their team members are engaged, leading to increased performance, greater accountability and increased levels of job satisfaction.
