BIG CONGRATS TO DIGITAL RISK’S P4 MENTOR PROGRAM GRADUATING CLASS OF FEBRUARY 2015
Last week, Digital Risk celebrated its second P4 (Preparing Protégés through Professional Partnerships) Mentor Program graduation for the mentee class of February 2015! In order to graduate, mentees participating in the P4 Mentor Program successfully completed this six-month leadership program and partook in all program activities, including mentoring sessions, a community service project, a leadership book report and more.
At the graduation, President & Managing Partner Omar Quddus gave a keynote speech to graduation attendees, which includes mentors, mentees and their managers from throughout the company. Supervisor of Human Resource and Program Manager Amy Huff offered a compelling, congratulatory speech to the mentees and introduced the mentees, who performed a book report based off of John C. Maxwell’s “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership.”
Throughout the past six months, mentors and mentees participated in a program kickoff, personality assessment and discussion, weekly mentoring sessions, a volunteer activity at XL106.7’s “Baby DJ” Warehouse, and valuable growth and learning.
“I’m beyond proud of all the mentees who participated in the program. They started out as a group of people and over the six month program developed into a highly functional team,” said Amy Huff.
Digital Risk’s third P4 Mentor Program will commence in March 2015. So stay tuned – many more inspiring stories to come!
