A person’s first job is usually accompanied by a new apartment, the freedom of living alone and maybe a new car. However, most recent graduates don’t realize that the complete package also includes paying your own rent, making car payments and being kicked off of your parents’ insurance plan. Besides getting a job, there are two very important items you need to have on your checklist to be able to afford this freedom: 1) continue to learn and grow and 2) make the journey fun.
Robert Bosch provides a shining example of the type of D-Riskers that make our company a success. He plays an integral role in cultivating a genuine, humble, caring, fun and yet challenging environment. Since joining Digital Risk four years ago Robert has worn many hats. He began as a processor and has worked his way up to become a processing team manager. Robert’s story is one in which he’s succeeded in climbing the corporate ladder to achieve high goals.
Graduating from college surely meant jobs would be easy to find, right? Well, as for my experience, finding a job was very frustrating because of a lack of certain technical skills, such as database (SQL) and advanced Excel (VBA). These were critical skills in the finance, business and technology fields.

Two, or more, heads are definitely better than one. The Digital Risk Transaction Management team proved this to be true. The team was asked to pursue a project outside of work in an effort to bring the entire team together, including D-Riskers in the Jacksonville, Boca and Maitland, Florida offices.
Digital Risk Processor Debbie Suttie began her career in the mortgage industry and constantly found herself stumbling into training positions. Wanting to be a teacher from a very young age, she quickly discovered that she didn’t have to leave her dream behind, that she could do both by utilizing her industry knowledge to teach others that growth and learning are vital to our success.
